SHIPPING POLICY - UK + IRELAND

All orders placed before 11am GMT will be dispatched the same day (excluding Promotion Periods and weekends).

We ship throughout the United Kingdom & Republic of Ireland, excluding the Channel Islands with DPD.

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over £35, and will automatically be available once the cart reaches this threshold after any discounts have been applied.

Once your order is picked & packed, it will arrive to you within 2-4 business days.

You can use the tracking link provided in your Shipping Notification, or copy your tracking number directly with DPD here. 

RETURNS

If you'd like to return an item, please contact our Customer Care team:

We’ll email you a return label generated through DPD, along with simple return instructions.

What Happens Next

1. Once you send your return, we’ll track it back to our warehouse.

2. As soon as it’s received and processed, we’ll issue your refund.
